Sports Massage
A Sports Massage takes a more in-depth look at muscular-skeletal problems. Greater time is involved with assessment and testing to evaluate the cause of the injury or problem area before a suitable treatment is given.

Sports Massage can also be used for post or pre-sporting events or for people who regularly exercise or participate in other rigorous activities.

Dry Cupping
Dry Cupping is a technique used alongside massage therapy where 'cups' are placed directly onto trigger points, acupressure channels, or to areas which are non-responsive to massage. The vacuum created by the cups aid healing by generating new blood flow to areas with poor circulation such as knots and scar tissue, as well as removing any stagnant blood. Dry Cupping can also increase the pliability of the surrounding fascia. Cupping is synonymous with round cupping marks on the skin. However, these are rarely painful and are simply a sign of blood and Qi (energy) stagnation.
